The strand of clear rock crystal and unpolished lavender lepidolite set off this little hand-carved rock crystal Chinese god pendant perfectly.
He's carved the same on both sides, and has some rusty inclusions that make him even more interesting.
I've crowned him with a lepidolite and a rock crystal bead to make a pendant about 2-1/4 inches long.
The lepidolite beads in the strand are all 8mm, while the crystal ranges from 9mm to 12mm.
Some of the crystal beads are milkier than others, and some have inclusions.
The strand is a bit longer than 19 inches, and closes with an ornate pewter hook set.
Very pretty, and certainly different!
