The charming marquise cut and teardrop pendant began life as an earring. The women in my family are responsible for the loss of a good many of the world's earrings, and I feel it my responsibility to give a new life to those who remain behind. I've bonded a fold-over bail to the back of this one, and suspended it from a 16" strand of amethyst Czech firepolish crystal, rose Swarovski crystal and tiny white freshwater pearls. The hook set, the roundels in the strand, and the settings in the pendant are all gold plate. It is a lovely set, and a happy return to usefullness of an earring that didn't deserve to be scrapped!
