The rectangular watch head is copper plate with an antique finish. The twisted rope design around the face seemed to suggest a Southwest theme to me, so I've added a band of red coral, chalk turquoise and lapis lazuli beads, and mustard-coloured seed beads. The lobsterclaw and chain extender closure give the watch a working length of from 6-1/2" to a hair less than 8". The watch runs on standard watch batteries, readily available in sundries shops and online. I'm keeping the stems pulled on the watches I have in stock so as to save the batteries currently installed. We're thoughtful folk here at SPARKLE PLENTY.
