This lovely leaf and flower pendant is the work of the talented Cheryl Harris, of whose art I've long been an admirer. The medium is polymer clay, painstakingly blended, layered, and sliced; there is no paint involved. If you look at the second close-up scan, you'll see that even the back of the pendant is incredibly detailed. I've suspended it from an 18" strand of aventurine, pale green serpentine, and rosy pink rhodonite beads, finished with a pewter toggle clasp.
