The large and medium-sized nugget beads are amethyst, and the small nuggets are amazonite. One might not think that the dark, rich purple of amethyst would lend itself to the smooth minty green of amazonite; but have a look at the images: they contrast beautifully! All the nugget beads are highly polished, with rounded edges and interesting asymmetrical shapes. The larger beads are spaced with bright purple seed beads.
