Bronze and hematite -- brightened by pearl grey and sparkling coral -- seed beads give the floral design an antique look. The flower centres are tiny 3mm and 4mm forest green and russet glass pearls. The design is similar to that on one of our combs, but the colours are different, and here the design is bonded to a 3-1/4" long gold tone barrette. The intricate and time-consuming double-needle work necessary to make the design is worked in 34-gauge (super-fine) wire, and it is secured it to the barrette with clear monofilament. In addition, the design is bonded to the barrette. 'Overkill,' you say? 'A belt and suspenders,' you say? Nothing's too good for OUR customers, and we aim to have that design stay put!
