Roughly 1-1/2" in diameter, this bright silver-coloured sand dollar is just the thing for the fellow who hears the call of the sea. It seemed natural to me to add a strand of Chinese turquoise: its blue-green colour, with occasional sandy shadings, give it a nautical flair. The round beads and tiny nuggets in the strand are unpolished for a more masculine look. The strand measures roughly 21" long, and closes with a plain silver plate toggle.
