The bead in the centre is an amber disc that measures about 3/4" wide by 1-1/2" in diameter. It is flanked by a pair of beautifully fluted, hand-moulded Lebanese prayer beads. All three beads in the focal group date from the 1920s. I've surrounded them with Czech 10mm glass rounds in a clear green tourmaline colour that matches the prayer beads nicely; and 12mm rounds in a milky opalescent butter colour that sets off the other beads to perfection. The 17-1/2" strand closes with a sterling silver "S" hook. This is a bold and unusual piece, and not for the faint of heart. We're feeling strong and invincible here at SPARKLE PLENTY.
