Beautiful chalk turquoise tiles that average 1-3/8" long by 7/8" wide have been stabilized hardness and colour fastness. I've interspersed them with arrows of serpentine that has been dyed an intriguing golden olive colour (NB: serpentine -- sometimes called 'new jade' -- is often dyed, for it is a soft stone and holds colour very well). I've spaced the stone beads with antiqued gold tone pewter roundels which match the ornate toggle clasp that closes the 17-1/2" strand.
