Such delicate colours -- periwinkle, violet, jade and spring green -- have been used in the making of this necklace. Miss Lorna Condon is the founder of this visual feast, as she is the lampwork artist who created the pendant and the large accent beads. 'Twas she who painstakingly formed two colours of glass into a 1-1/4" heart; and then appliqued irises and leaves to both sides of it! Such work is incredibly exacting, but Miss Lorna is more than equal to the task. I've added faceted 6mm blue onyx and lots of glowing jade green crystal beads, plus sterling silver spacers and beadcaps, and tiny faceted silvery seed beads. The clasp is a floral motif pewter hook set. With the addition of the accent beads, the pendant dangles 2-1/2" below the 18" strand.
