The focal point of this very Victorian pendant necklace is the 3-D fan-shaped brass filigree, inset with a turquoise glass cabochon. I've suspended vintage Czech jet crystal and Swarovski opaque turquoise crystal to make a pendant approximately 4-1/4" long. The 17" strand features more vintage crystal, plus brass accents and tiny faceted gold plate seedbeads.
